This Privacy Policy explains how CLIPSYRA LLC (“CLIPSYRA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the CLIPSYRA website, accounts, video-processing tools, CLIPSYRA CORE, AutoPilot, Studio, billing features, and related services.
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use CLIPSYRA, we may process:
- account information such as your name, email address, authentication status, plan, and account identifiers;
- content you provide, including uploaded videos, generated clips, subtitles, transcripts, project settings, and related metadata;
- usage information such as processing jobs, feature usage, credits or minutes, project history, and product interactions;
- billing-related identifiers and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by CLIPSYRA;
- technical and security information such as IP address, browser/device information, logs, error information, and security events.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process videos and generate clips, maintain projects, administer plans and usage limits, process and reconcile billing, deliver transactional emails, provide support, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and product performance.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the outputs created from your content, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. We process your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and as otherwise described in this Policy.
4. Service providers
We may use third-party providers for infrastructure, database and object storage, authentication, email delivery, monitoring, and billing. These providers process information on our behalf or as independent providers according to their own terms and privacy obligations. CLIPSYRA currently uses services that may include Supabase, Render, Google/Gmail services, and Stripe.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Uploaded or generated media may be removed as part of storage management, account deletion, user requests, or operational cleanup.
6. Deletion and privacy requests
You may request deletion of your account or content, or ask a privacy-related question, by contacting clipsyraofficial@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account credentials, sessions, stored content, and service infrastructure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and keep account credentials private.
8. International processing
Our providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
9. Children
CLIPSYRA is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Additional age requirements may apply depending on your location.
